XTRAIL was founded in Beijing in 2014. We currently has two segments: Adventure sports race and Outdoor glamping.Adventure Sports Race: We are one of China’s largest outdoor sports race organizer. Dedicated to creating a community for the outdoor sports enthusiasts in China, XTRAIL organizes events under international brands such as Adventure Racing World Series（ARWS）, and La Grande Course (LGC). Our domestic races include trail run race (Ultra-trail Kanas), ski-mountaineering race (Wolf Cup Altay), multi-sports adventure race (Altay Expedition).

Outdoor Glamping: The first Xtrail Glamping site will open in mid 2019 in Hunan.

Since 2015, XTRAIL has successfully organized more than a dozen of 100KM-and-above level endurance races. XTRAIL has become the biggest outdoor race organization in China by number of events and number of participants.

Our flagship race - Altay Expedition, is the first and only expedition adventure race ever in Asia.

Cooperation: As the most experienced outdoor service provider in the region, XTRAIL is able to provide customized branding resolution for businesses, media outlets and non-profits. Based on our professionalism on race organising and the accumulated outdoor participants, we could provide high-targeting branding scenarios and channels. Moreover, we are a company specialized in providing serviced including event organising, advertising and execution based on demands, i.e. TVC commercials, documentaries, short videos, feature videos, photographs etc. Meanwhile, through integration of existing resources, we could also provide high value products such as PR events, marketing projects, high-end personalised travel, sports labs and the like, which would satisfy customers’ all-round demand.

We currently do not recruit volunteers who don’t speak Chinese.

Requirements: 1、Anyone above 18 years old, and is willing to join this volunteer project.
2、Candidates must be in good physical health and have service spirit; used to do sports exercise, have some outdoor experience; have participated in outdoor trail event as a competitor or have done any event organizing work are plus.
3、Candidates must have strong ability in teamwork, responsibility, volunteering spirit and willingness to help.
4、There is a pre-race volunteer training session.
5、Flexible working hours under pressure is required, sometimes working to very late.
6、Candidates must follow the race organizing committee’s instruction and arrangements. Volunteer’s eligibility will be validated by the organizing committee, who will reserve the final right of explanations.

Benefit: 1、Race volunteer will be allocated uniform, badge. 1 set/ person
2、Organization committee will arrange transportation and accommodation during the race period.
3、Organization committee will purchase personal accident insurance for all volunteers during the race period.

5、 Outstanding volunteers can apply job at XTRAIL, or join the XTRAIL organization committee as a formal member.
6、 One free entry to XTRAIL 100 ultra trail run (50km or 100km) which will be valid for 1 year.

Clarification: 1. About Fee: Volunteers will cover all expenses on their own, including transportation from his residence location to the event host hotel, personal consumption, and other extra cost generated during the race. The race organizing committee will cover expenses of accommodation and meals after volunteers assemble at the race host hotel during the race period.
2. Workload：due to the unique specialty of outdoor endurance race, the volunteering job is not easy. Each role’s working hours varies each day. Volunteers are expected to be industrious and capable to work under stress; because of outdoor activity, we might need to transfer materials and set up some CP/TAs, so volunteer is expected to have these physical capacities.

Race manager (Technical): Job description：
- Carry out course-designing and event-managing tasks on technical side.
- Make overall arrangements of all event processes, including making race rules, managing event venues and logistics.

Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a major in a sports or related.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of outdoor endurance sport and trail run, triathlon participants and skier/skateboarder.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Office®️series, and okay with regular business journeys.
- Good communication skill and team work

新媒体运营: Job description：
1.维护公司媒体平台（微信公众号、微博等）。
2.策划和生产以及推广优质内容，提升并扩大品牌影响力。

Requirements：
1.熟悉并喜爱使用包括微博、微信等在内的新媒体，对新媒体运营有自己的想法。
2.喜欢体育，尤其是户外运动。
3.思维活跃，逻辑清晰，文笔不错，有一定的策划能力、沟通协调能力和执行能力。
4.英语能力突出，有加分。
6.XTRAIL百公里越野赛系列（50公里或者100公里）免费名额1个，1年内有效。
5.工作时间长短不定，部分岗位需要通宵工作，需要承受一定精神压力。
6.服从赛事组委会的管理和安排，志愿者资格由赛事组委会核定并保留最终解释权。
