Race Bib

The racing bib is to be attached firmly to the outside layer of your clothes or bag and kept visible during the entire race.

Covering race bib, or any change of the bib number

 will lead to immediate disqualification.

Please write your personal information and an emergency contact at the back of your bib.

ANY VIOLATION ABOUT GEARS will lead to immediate disqualification.

Registration requirements

*Age

All participants need to be older than 18 years old by 21st, Apr 2018. Children in Family Trail group should be less than 12 years old.

*Fitness

We suppose that all the participants are properly trained and fit enough to finish the race.

*Previous Experience

110KM: Runners in the 110KM category must finish at least two full marathons or one 100km trail running race in the past 2 years before registering.

50KM: Runners in the 50KM category must finish at least one-half marathons in the past year before registering.

Wulong is a county at the southeast of Chongqing, the biggest city in China. 

Wulong is at the cross-section of Daloushan Mountain and Wuloushan Mountain. 

Well known for its karst geology with various shapes of landscape, Wulong has been a famous scenery spot for centuries. The astonishing natural view such as Three Nature Bridges, The numerous caves have attracted millions of tourists each and every year. Truly, it is a museum of geology and geography without a peer in the universe.

At Wulong, you can enjoy the famous and authentic Sichuan Dishes, featured by hot and spicy, while having a glance at the traditional lifestyle of local minorities such as the peoples of Tujia土家、Miao苗、Qilao仡佬.

 Race Bag Collecting

The following material must be offered when collecting your race bag: A copy of valid passport.

Insurance

We will offer basic insurance to all runners however, we still strongly recommended that you buy other appropriate insurance as supplementary.

Route

Taking short-cut is strictly prohibited. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE CHECKPOINTS ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ROUTE(S).

Environment

Littering, sabotaging the route marks and any damage to the local ecology will lead to immediate disqualification.

Refunding

·70% of the registration fee could be refunded if apply before 60 days prior to the race.

·30% of the registration fee could be refunded if apply within the time window of 30 to 60days prior to the race.

The registration fee is non-refundable within 30 days prior to the race date.

Transferring

a) Transferring will be approved only if you request before 30 days prior to the race by email.

b) The request of transferring is only permitted when you can find the person who is qualified to take over your entry.

c) 100 CNY will be paid for modifying the information.

d) Transferring will be proceeded within 7 days.

e) Transferring without authorization from organizer will be disqualified!
